• Experience in call center or customer service handling inbound/outbound calls.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance or healthcare administration preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Makes and answers calls to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Responds to information requests from patients/account holders in a professional manner.
• Follows client-specific protocols and policies in duties.
