Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as the business requires.
• Bilingual candidates may provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsibilities

• Makes and answers calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues utilizing work queues and call pools.
• Responds to requests for information by patient/account holders in a professional, thorough, explainable manner.
• Follows client-specific protocols and policies when carrying out duties.
