State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams. You will handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions about insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a call center or customer service role with public contact.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing or healthcare administration preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Team-oriented with cooperative collaboration.
• Bilingual candidates provide additional support for bilingual calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond professionally to patient/account inquiries.
• Pursue payment or payment arrangements on behalf of clients.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies.
• Investigate and respond to client questions as needed.
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements.
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and applicable laws.
