State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving billing questions, explaining insurance details, and processing payments in a high-tech environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in a call center or customer service, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to work evenings or Saturdays.

Formación

• 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Handles inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Responds to patient inquiries in a professional, thorough manner.
• Works to obtain payment or payment arrangements for clients.
• Follows client-specific policies and HIPAA/FDCPA/FCRA rules.
• Enters and monitors payment arrangements in systems.
• Collaborates within a team in a fast-paced environment.
