State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Health Care Customer Service Representatives for a remote position. You will handle inbound and outbound calls about insurance questions, billing, and payments, following client protocols. Bilingual candidates will provide additional assistance on bilingual calls.

Position requires at least 1 year in a call center or customer service environment with public contact, and you may be asked to work evenings and Saturdays. Equipment and support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a call center or customer service handling public inquiries.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance or administration is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Respond to information requests from patients or account holders in a professional, thorough, and explainable manner.
