Job summary

You will supervise authorization management functions and assist management on issues across branches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years healthcare authorization experience.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare collections and AR procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily authorization activities to ensure maximum efficiency and provide guidance to staff.
• Oversee authorization management functions and maintain assigned portfolios.
• Support management at branches on authorization issues.
• Develop and implement plans to meet stated authorization objectives.
• Supervise maintenance of provider manuals, patient information updates, and logs.
• Ensure timely authorizations and adherence to customer service guidelines; communicate changes to personnel.
