Humana, Inc. through CenterWell Home Health is seeking an Authorization Supervisor to oversee daily authorization activities, guide staff on standards, and ensure timely processing. The role reports to the Authorizations Manager and can include travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

Remote work is possible with 40 hours per week, and a bonus incentive plan is offered based on performance. The company provides competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement

Formación

• High School Diploma or the equivalent required.
• 3+ years of healthcare authorization experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience generally required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare collection and accounts receivables procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily authorization activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff on authorization standards and procedures.
• Maintain assigned portfolios within acceptable levels and timeframes.
• Guide management at branches on authorization issues.
• Develop and implement plans to ensure authorizations meet objectives.
