Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of healthcare collection and accounts receivables procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily authorization activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to procedures.
• Supervise authorization management functions and maintain portfolios at acceptable levels.
• Provide guidance to management on authorization issues across branches.
• Develop and implement plans to keep authorizations within objectives.
• Maintain provider manuals, patient information updates, and logs.
• Ensure timely authorizations and compliance with customer service guidelines.
