BairesDev in Houston seeks a Head of Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area, reporting to the CMO. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide eight people across three functions, defining strategy from day one and collaborating with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing.

You will own product marketing, messaging, and go-to-market plans, and drive upsell campaigns, client references, and executive events with revenue targets aligned to Sales.

Competenze

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Director owning positioning and launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.

Mansioni

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams with standards and decks.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell campaigns and references.
• Define KPIs for collateral adoption, pipeline influence, and revenue.
• Partner with Sales leadership to close win-rate gaps through messaging.
