BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area, reporting to the CMO. You will turn the client base and collateral into a growth lever, manage a team of ~8 across three functions, and define the strategy from day one.

You will oversee positioning, messaging, and launches for service lines, alongside events, campaigns, and executive engagements with sales and client teams. Remote leadership role with world‑class mentorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as a Product Marketing Manager/Director.
• Proficiency in copy management and editing of B2B copy.

Responsabilités

• Own product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market plans for service lines and offerings.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams to deliver decks, case studies, and proposals.
• Head Customer Marketing and Events, build campaigns and executive events with revenue targets.
• Hire and define KPIs, report results to the CMO and exec team.
• Partner with Sales leadership to close win-rate gaps through messaging and collateral.
