Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a strategic Head of Customer Marketing to build and lead a new function from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. This hands-on leadership role will transform our existing client base and sales collateral into a growth engine, guiding a team of about eight across three functions.

You'll shape the strategy, collaborate with executives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing, and drive programs for upsell, cross-sell, events, and client advocacy with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager/Director owning positioning, messaging and launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing including upsell/cross-sell, client case studies and references, events and ABM.
• Proficiency in copy management, briefing, editing, and managing writers.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans and competitive intelligence.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, delivering pitches, case studies, one-pagers and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell/cross-sell campaigns and client advocacy programs.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to the CMO and executives.
• Partner with Sales to identify win-rate gaps and close them via messaging and collateral.
