BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area reporting to the CMO. This is a hands-on leadership role inheriting a team of about eight across three functions, shaping strategy from day one with executives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing.

You’ll own product marketing, messaging, and go-to-market plans, lead Sales collateral and copywriting, and drive upsell campaigns, client references, and events with

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing, including upsell campaigns and ABM.
• Proficiency in copy management and editing for B2B.

Responsabilidades

• Own product marketing, defining positioning for go‑to‑market plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams with standards and quality controls.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events with upsell campaigns and revenue targets.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to CMO.
• Partner with Sales leadership to close win-rate gaps through messaging and enablement.
