Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing function from the ground up. You will report to the CMO and guide a team of eight across three functions, shaping strategy and collaborating with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

You will own product marketing, messaging, and go-to-market plans, while building campaigns, events, references, and advocacy programs to drive revenue from existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Director, owning positioning, messaging and launches at a B2B company.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing, including ABM, client events and webinars, and references.
• Proficiency in copy management, including briefing, editing, and managing writers.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans and maintaining competitive intelligence.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, setting frameworks and delivering decks, case studies, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell/cross-sell campaigns, executive events, client references, and advocacy programs.
• Build the new area by hiring, define KPIs, and report results to the CMO and executives.
• Partner with Sales leadership to close win-rate gaps through messaging and collateral.
