Zusammenfassung

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area reporting to the CMO. You will scale a hands-on team, shape strategy, and collaborate with executives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one.

You will own product marketing, lead collateral and events, and drive revenue growth with KPIs and a clear go-to-market framework.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager/Director, owning positioning and launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.

Aufgaben

• Own product marketing hands-on, defining positioning and messaging for GTM plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, delivering decks, case studies, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building campaigns with revenue targets.
• Build the area by hiring and defining KPIs like collateral adoption and pipeline.
• Partner with Sales leadership to close win-rate gaps through messaging and enablement.
