BairesDev in the United States is seeking a Head of Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. This hands-on leadership role will turn existing client assets into a growth lever and inherit a team of about eight across three functions.

You'll define strategy, align with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery and Marketing from day one, and drive campaigns, messaging, and collateral that accelerate revenue across service

Formación

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience owning positioning, messaging, and launches in a B2B company.
• Proven ability to manage copy and coordinate writers.

Responsabilidades

• Own product marketing hands-on, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams with frameworks and standards.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell campaigns and executive events.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to the CMO.
• Partner with Sales leadership to close win-rate gaps through messaging and collateral.
