Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting to the CMO. This hands-on leadership role will transform our client base and sales collateral into a growth engine, guiding a team of about eight across three functions from day one.

You will own positioning, messaging, and launches in a B2B environment, supervise content and events, and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives with defined revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall B2B marketing experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Director.
• Experience in customer marketing, upsell/cross-sell campaigns.
• Proficiency in copy management and managing writers.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing hands-on, define positioning and messaging for GTM plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, deliver decks, case studies, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, build upsell and cross-sell campaigns with revenue targets.
• Build the new area by hiring, define KPIs, report results to the CMO and executives.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps and close them through messaging and collateral.
