Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a senior leader to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area, reporting to the CMO. You will turn existing client bases and sales collateral into a strategic growth lever, overseeing a team of ~eight across three functions from day one.

You will own positioning, messaging, and launches in a B2B context, partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to drive revenue and client success. This is a hands-on leadership role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with leadership exposure.
• 3+ years hands-on as Product Marketing Manager or Director in a B2B company.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing including upsell/cross-sell campaigns and client references.
• Proficiency in copy management, briefing, editing, and QA of B2B copy.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing: define positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans and maintain competitive intelligence.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams; deliver pitch decks, case studies, and proposals used by Sales.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events; build upsell/cross-sell campaigns and client references with revenue targets.
• Hire and build the new area; define KPIs and report results to the CMO and exec team.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps and close them with messaging and collateral.
