Chamberlain Advisors, LLC is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions. We seek a strong Head of Single Event Operations to build a standalone PI operations unit, owning end-to-end case lifecycle from intake to disbursement, and scale a high-volume practice with a technology-forward stack.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design pods, and drive AI-enabled processes while reporting to the C-suite. Remote within the United States, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years in personal-injury or high-volume operations leadership.
• Hands-on PI case operations experience across auto, trucking, premises, and catastrophic matters.
• Technology-forward with AI-enabled workflows and modern case-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the single-event case lifecycle from intake handoff to disbursement.
• Design, staff, and scale pods; define ratios, SLAs and throughput.
• Lead cross-functional teams across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement.
• Partner with COO/CTO on AI/automation rollout and governance.
• Develop data-driven KPIs, dashboards, and cost-ROI models.
