You will lead our pre-sales engineering team, shaping how we win and delivering real value to merchants worldwide. In this role you will own the technical sell, participate in discovery and executive conversations, and partner with Sales to optimize pipeline, forecast, and deal strategy.

Formación

• Experience leading a pre-sales or Solutions Engineering team in payments, B2B SaaS or infrastructure.
• Proven track record hiring and developing Solution Engineers.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC in SE playbooks.
• Ability to whiteboard an API integration and discuss SDKs, webhooks and auth flows.
• Strong commercial instinct and experience closing enterprise deals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the pre-sales SE team, hiring and coaching.
• Join discovery calls, architecture sessions and exec conversations.
• Own the technical sales process: discovery, demos, POCs, RFPs.
• Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline, forecast and deal strategy.
• Build business cases with CFO-level impact: cost savings, resilience.
• Represent merchant voice inside Primer to influence product.
• Define SE impact metrics and allocate team time.
