Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Ops to transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function. This leader will define the operating model, drive fraud labeling quality, and deliver measurable business impact through fraud prevention initiatives.

The role blends operational rigor, fraud curiosity, and talent development, building scalable processes, mentoring analysts, and partnering with Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, trust & safety, investigations, analytics, or related domain with significant people leadership experience.
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams with high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines and metrics for labeling volume, quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
• Design scalable QA processes and feedback mechanisms to improve labeling accuracy.
• Reimagine operating model, workflows, and team structure for efficiency and impact.
• Build a best-in-class entry-level talent program for Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
• Develop progression framework to grow technical, analytical, and fraud expertise for team members.
