Job summary

SentiLink seeks a Head of Fraud Intelligence to transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function. You will oversee the operating model, drive actionable fraud intelligence, and develop talent while delivering measurable business impact across fraud prevention initiatives.

The role requires operational rigor, fraud curiosity, and cross-functional leadership to raise performance standards and build a trusted source of fraud expertise across Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and more.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, trust & safety, investigations, analytics, or a related domain, including significant people leadership experience.
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
• Proven ability to design and improve processes, operating models, quality systems, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and drive decision-making.
• Experience developing and coaching early-career talent, building high-performing teams, and creating internal mobility pathways.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear performance baselines and operational metrics for FIT, including labeling volume, quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, SLA adherence, and downstream business impact.
• Design and implement scalable quality assurance processes and escalation procedures to improve labeling accuracy and consistency.
• Reimagine FIT's operating model, workflows, tooling, and team structure to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Build an entry-level talent program with hiring profiles, onboarding experiences, training, and career development pathways for Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
• Create a progression framework enabling FIT members to develop technical, analytical, and fraud expertise for advancement.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking FIT activities to fraud prevention outcomes, including model improvements and customer impact.
• Launch initiatives that translate frontline observations into insights for Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and customers.
• Serve as a trusted fraud SME and strategic partner, building relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Establish recurring reporting, fraud trend analysis, and knowledge-sharing programs across the organization.
• Leverage AI, automation, and tooling to increase productivity and focus on high-value fraud intelligence work.
