Job summary

SentiLink is looking for a Head of Fraud Intelligence to elevate the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function that delivers actionable insights and strong fraud prevention outcomes.

The role demands operational rigor, strategic thinking, and talent development across Product, R&D, Analytics, and GTM. This is a remote, US-based position with cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, risk, or analytics with leadership.
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing Fraud Analysts.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows.
• Strong fraud judgment and interest in evolving patterns.
• Ability to design processes, operating models, and performance metrics.
• Experience coaching early-career talent and enabling internal mobility.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines and metrics for labeling volume, quality, and efficiency.
• Design scalable QA processes and escalation frameworks.
• Reimagine operating model, workflows, and team structure.
• Build entry-level talent programs and career paths for analysts.
• Create progression frameworks for technical and fraud expertise.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking activities to prevention outcomes.
• Launch initiatives that translate frontline observations into insights for Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM.
• Act as trusted fraud SME and cross-functional partner across the company.
• Establish recurring reporting and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Leverage AI and automation to boost productivity and quality.
