Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Intelligence to transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function. You will oversee the team's operating model, ensure high-quality labeling, deliver actionable intelligence, and develop talent that drives measurable fraud prevention across the organization.

This remote, US-based role requires leadership across Product, R&D, Analytics, and GTM, with a focus on scalable processes, cross-functional partnerships, and delivering strong business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management or related fields with leadership experience.
• 4+ years managing a team of Fraud Analysts or similar roles.
• Proven track record running high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Strong fraud judgment and understanding of evolving patterns, typologies, and prevention strategies.
• Experience building and coaching early-career talent and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines and metrics for Fraud Intelligence Team (FIT) performance.
• Design scalable quality assurance processes to improve labeling accuracy and consistency.
• Reimagine FIT operating model, workflows, and tooling for efficiency and impact.
• Develop entry-level talent programs with hiring profiles, onboarding, and career paths.
• Create frameworks linking FIT activities to measurable fraud prevention outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, influencing Product, R&D, Analytics and GTM decisions.
