Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Intelligence to transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function. You will oversee the team, ensure high-quality labeling, generate actionable fraud intel, and drive business impact through fraud prevention initiatives.

The role requires operational rigor, curiosity about fraud patterns, and talent development. You will raise performance, implement scalable processes, and partner across Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and other functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, or related domains, including people leadership.
• 4+ years of management overseeing Fraud Analysts.
• Experience leading high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong fraud judgment and interest in evolving fraud patterns and prevention strategies.
• Ability to design and improve processes, operating models, and measurement frameworks.
• Experience coaching early-career talent and creating internal mobility.
• Analytical skills to use data for opportunity identification and decision-making.
• Technical fluency collaborating with product, analytics, ML, and data science teams.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and workflow tooling to improve productivity and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish performance baselines and metrics for Fraud Intelligence Team (FIT).
• Design scalable QA processes and escalation procedures for labeling accuracy.
• Reimagine FIT operating model, workflows, tooling, and structure for efficiency.
• Build an entry-level talent program with onboarding, training, and career paths.
• Create progression framework for technical, analytical, and fraud expertise.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking FIT activities to fraud prevention outcomes.
• Launch initiatives turning frontline observations into actionable insights for Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM.
• Serve as a trusted fraud SME and strategic partner across the company.
• Establish reporting, trend analysis, and knowledge-sharing to elevate fraud awareness.
• Leverage AI, automation to increase team productivity and focus on high-value work.
