Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Intelligence to lead and elevate its Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function. The role oversees operating-model evolution, high-quality labeling, and actionable fraud intelligence across Product, R&D, Analytics, and GTM, while developing future leaders.

The position requires strong operational rigor, fraud curiosity, and talent development, with a focus on measurable business outcomes and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, trust & safety, investigations, analytics, or a related domain, including significant people leadership experience.
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
• Proven ability to design and improve processes, operating models, quality systems, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and drive decision-making.
• Technical fluency and comfort working closely with product, analytics, engineering, machine learning, and data science teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear performance baselines and operational metrics for FIT.
• Design and implement scalable quality assurance processes for labeling accuracy.
• Reimagine FIT's operating model, workflows, and team structure for efficiency.
• Build an entry-level talent program for Fraud Intelligence Analysts.
• Create a progression framework for team development and internal mobility.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking activities to fraud prevention outcomes.
• Launch initiatives translating frontline observations into actionable insights for multiple teams.
• Serve as a trusted fraud SME and partner, influencing key business decisions.
• Establish recurring reporting, trend analysis, and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
• Leverage AI and automation to boost productivity and focus on high-value work.
