Job summary

SentiLink, a leader in identity and risk solutions, seeks a Head of Fraud Ops to transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function. You will oversee the operating model, ensure high-quality labeling, and deliver measurable fraud prevention outcomes.

The role blends operational rigor, fraud curiosity, and talent development, strengthening cross-functional partnerships to make FIT an efficient operation and trusted fraud expertise across Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, risk, or analytics with leadership.
• 4+ years managing a team of Fraud Analysts.
• Proven ability to design process improvements and measurement frameworks.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines and metrics for labeling volume, quality, turnaround, and cost.
• Design scalable QA processes with sampling, feedback, and escalation.
• Reimagine FIT operating model and team structure for efficiency.
• Build entry-level talent program with onboarding and training.
• Create progression framework for fraud analysts' development.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking activities to outcomes.
• Launch initiatives to translate frontline observations into product insights.
• Serve as trusted fraud SME across the company with senior stakeholders.
• Establish reporting, trend analysis, and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Leverage AI and automation to boost productivity and quality.
