Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Intelligence to transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function. This leader will drive operating model evolution, ensure high-quality labeling, generate actionable intelligence, and create measurable business impact through fraud prevention initiatives.

The role requires operational rigor, fraud curiosity, and talent development, with cross-functional partnerships across Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and other teams. Remote, US-based.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fraud operations, risk, or related domains with significant people leadership experience.
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
• Proven ability to design and improve processes, operating models, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear baselines and metrics for FIT, including labeling volume, quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, SLA adherence, and business impact.
• Design scalable quality assurance processes, including sampling, review frameworks, feedback, and escalation procedures.
• Reimagine FIT's operating model, workflows, tooling, and team structure for efficiency and impact.
• Build an entry-level talent program for Fraud Intelligence Analysts, including onboarding and career development.
• Create a progression framework to develop technical and fraud expertise and internal mobility.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking activities to fraud prevention outcomes and customer impact.
• Launch initiatives to turn frontline observations into actionable insights for Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and customer teams.
• Serve as a trusted fraud subject matter expert and cross-functional partner across the company.
• Establish recurring reporting, trend analysis, and knowledge-sharing to elevate fraud awareness.
• Leverage AI, automation, and tooling to boost productivity and quality.
