Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Ops to transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function. The role leads operational rigor, labeling quality, and measurable fraud prevention initiatives across Product, R&D, Analytics, GTM, and other teams.

The leader will build scalable processes, develop internal talent, and drive strategic partnerships to elevate fraud expertise and business outcomes in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations or related domains with significant people leadership experience.
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts.
• Proven success leading operational teams with high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows.
• Strong fraud judgment and interest in evolving fraud patterns and prevention strategies.
• Experience developing and coaching early-career talent and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines and metrics for FIT performance including labeling volume, quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
• Design scalable QA processes with sampling, review frameworks, and escalation procedures.
• Reimagine FIT operating model, workflows, and team structure for efficiency and impact.
• Build an entry-level talent program with defined hiring profiles and growth pathways.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking FIT activities to fraud prevention outcomes.
• Launch and scale initiatives translating frontline observations into product and analytics insights.
• Serve as a trusted fraud SME and cross-functional partner across the company.
