Zoom seeks a Head of GTM Field Operations to lead the operational strategy powering our go-to-market engine. In this senior people manager role, you will translate cross-functional data into clear decisions, build scalable operational frameworks, and guide field sales teams toward measurable revenue outcomes.

Day to day, you will partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive alignment on business planning, readiness initiatives, and performance priorities.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in sales strategy or revenue operations.
• Experience leading organizational change across functions.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performing sales operations and business planning teams.
• Drive cross-functional business planning and revenue operations initiatives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, performance metrics, and processes.
• Oversee annual and semi-annual sales readiness planning.
• Define and track KPIs for the GTM organization and present insights to leadership.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and remove barriers to success.
• Evaluate processes and design scalable workflows to support growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop individuals and teams across channels.
