Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to lead a program of invitation-only executive experiences for senior technology leaders. You will own concepts, venues, vendors, guest lists, budgets, contracts, and on-site hosting, working with CEOs and commercial teams.

This remote role is based in the US or Canada with regular travel. Requirements include 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing, experience hosting C-level events, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with at least 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• Experience running US-based B2B events and international/destination events.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce BairesDev's executive experiences end to end, hosted by senior leaders.
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with commercial teams to hit attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, venues, and on-site hosting responsibilities.
• Measure ROI by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline influence, reporting to marketing and sales leadership.
• Create an annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook for events.
