BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to run an invitation-only program for senior technology executives. The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad.

You will own concept, venue, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and on-site hosting, partnering with CEO and account teams. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in marketing, including 4+ years in B2B event marketing, plus experience producing events with CEO/founder

Formación

• 6+ years in marketing, including 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• Experience running US-focused B2B events and international/destination events.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive as host.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by our leadership.
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with commercial teams and ABM.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendors, including venues and hospitality.
• Measure results by attendees, follow-up meetings and pipeline; report ROI.
• Build annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, including international destinations.
