BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leadership team. You will own concept, venues, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and on-site hosting.

The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to events in the US and abroad. Candidates should have extensive senior-event leadership experience in B2B tech marketing.

Formación

• 6+ years in marketing, of which 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10-50 guests).
• Experience running events for US B2B buyers and international/destination events.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by CEO or senior leaders.
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and build guest lists with account teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, vendors, and on-site hosting.
• Measure event ROI by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline in CRM.
• Build annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
