BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation‑only executive experiences for senior technology executives. This remote role supports events in the US and abroad, with Pacific Coast preference for presence in the US or Canada.

You will own end‑to‑end events from concept to on‑site hosting, with travel, budget, and guest management, reporting outcomes to leadership. A Bachelor's degree and strong English skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.

Aufgaben

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by CEO or executives.
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders; build invite lists and manage RSVPs.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, agencies, and vendors.
• Track attendees and pipeline, report event ROI to marketing and sales leadership.
• Build annual calendar and reusable playbook for events across regions.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
