BairesDev is hiring a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad.

You will own each event end to end: concept, venue, vendors, invitation strategy and guest list with commercial teams, budget and contracts, and on-site hosting, measuring ROI and pipeline impact for marketing and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, of which 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end.
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with senior leaders.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendors, including venues and on-site hosting.
• Measure results by attendee metrics and ROI, report to marketing and sales leadership.
• Build the annual signature events calendar and a repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
