BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to run a program of invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives at our existing and prospective clients, hosted by our CEO, commercial leaders and account teams. You will own each event end to end: concept, venue and vendors, invitation strategy and guest list with commercial teams, budget and contracts, and on-site hosting.

The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events in the

Qualificações

6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C‑level and VP buyers.
4+ years running events targeting US B2B buyers.
Experience hosting CEO or senior executives as host.
Bachelor's degree required. Based in US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred).
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end with host executives.
Set invitation strategy, build guest lists and manage RSVPs with ABM teams.
Negotiate budgets, contracts and vendor terms; track cost per attendee.
Measure results with attendees, meetings and pipeline; report ROI to leadership.
Build annual events calendar and a repeatable playbook; travel as needed.
