BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and execute invitation-only executive experiences for senior technology leaders. You will own concept, venue, guest lists, budgets, contracts, and on-site hosting, with travel across the US and abroad. This role emphasizes strategic invitation programs and measurable pipeline impact.

The position is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with travel to events and client sites as needed. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events for US B2B buyers, with international exposure.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive host.
• Bachelor's degree required, based in US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end for senior technology leaders.
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and ABM teams; build guest lists.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, and vendors.
• Track attendees, follow-up, and pipeline impact; report ROI to leadership.
• Build annual events calendar and repeatable playbook with templates.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad (WEF weekly).
