As Business Operations Manager, you’ll lead cross‑functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go‑to‑Market, turning ambiguous problems into documented, owner‑led processes.

You’ll drive outcomes by coordinating teams, delivering analyses from Lob’s data stack and AI tools, and handing off completed programs with measurable metrics to a permanent owner.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations with client-facing, multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or another operationally intensive business preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own Program Execution: Run multiple cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive Outcomes Across Teams: Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM; escalate when dependencies stall.
• Deliver the Analysis: Provide data-driven analyses using Lob's data stack and AI tooling.
• Hand Off What You Build: Document programs and transition them to permanent owners with measurable metrics.
• Cover the Gaps: Support FP&A, Deal Desk, and Ops analytics; contribute to company cadences like QBRs.
