Job summary

Lob is transforming how businesses use direct mail with a modern logistics and fulfillment engine. As Business Operations Manager, you’ll own cross‑functional programs that span Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Print & Delivery, and Go‑to‑Market, turning ambiguous problems into documented, measured processes with named owners.

You’ll drive program execution across teams, push initiatives to completion, and deliver analytics from Lob’s data stack (AI-assisted tools welcome).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM; escalate where needed.
• Deliver analysis using Lob's data stack and available AI tools.
• Document programs on completion and transition to a permanent owner.
• Support FP&A, Deal Desk, and company-wide operating cadences.
