Job summary

Circana is seeking a senior commercial leader to own revenue performance for a multi-million-dollar Best Buy gateway portfolio. You will set go-to-market approaches, mobilize enterprise teams, and translate retail and loyalty data into client-ready recommendations.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled selling to understand client business deeply and to elevate impact. Located remotely within the United States, this position offers a path to scale a new commercial motion in a fast-moving retail

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent experience in business, analytics, marketing, economics, or related field preferred.
10+ years of experience in consultative sales, client leadership, retail, data analytics, or related commercial roles; owning multi-million-dollar accounts.
Experience selling to and influencing senior functional buyers at major retailers or manufacturers; retailer gateway, data monetization, or similar programs preferred.
Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Own the Number: full accountability for revenue, renewal, supplier participation, and growth targets across a multi-million-dollar portfolio; forecast and surface risk.
Run the full commercial cycle end to end, including business case development, solution design, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contracting.
Lead Through Influence: mobilize cross-functional teams to ensure integrated delivery and strong client value.
Develop trusted relationships with category, merchandising, and vendor management teams at Best Buy and with supplier partners.
Deliver Insight-Led Recommendations: translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients.
Become Circana’s Best Buy Authority: surface market shifts and commercial implications to program leadership.
Put Circana’s Platforms to Work: configure and apply platforms like Liquid Data and CRM tools to solve client problems.
Apply AI to Elevate Client Impact: use AI to deepen client understanding and sharpen engagement.
