Job summary

Circana seeks a commercial leader to own revenue performance for a multi-million-dollar portfolio anchored in the Best Buy Retail Gateway program. You will activate go-to-market, shape Circana’s presence with Best Buy and suppliers, and mobilize enterprise-wide teams to deliver measurable client value.

You will leverage AI-enabled selling to deepen client understanding, tailor insights, and sharpen engagement, driving durable revenue growth for Circana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in consultative sales, client leadership, or enterprise-level roles within General Merchandise, retail, or CPG.
• Proven success in leading complex, matrixed initiatives and influencing senior leaders.
• Experience building or scaling new business lines, programs, or commercial motions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience selling to senior functional buyers at major retailers or manufacturers; experience in consumer electronics, durables, or hardlines is a plus.
• CRM, Microsoft Office, data visualization, and analytics tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, renewal, supplier participation, and growth targets for a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end commercial cycle from opportunity identification to closing, including contract negotiation.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to ensure integrated delivery and client value.
• Develop trusted relationships with category, merchandising, and vendor management teams at key retailers.
• Translate retail, shopper, loyalty, and market data into actionable client recommendations.
• Act as Circana’s internal/external expert on Best Buy priorities and supplier dynamics.
