Circana is seeking a Senior Director, Client Insights & Sales to lead a high-impact team serving one of the largest U.S. retailers. You will drive strategic insights, manage executive relationships, and expand revenue by aligning Circana data and software with client goals.

The role requires leadership, analytics, storytelling, and change-management skills; you’ll mentor talent, deliver actionable insights, and influence merchandising decisions using Circana platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in client insights, client management, category management, consulting, or syndicated data analytics within the CPG, retail, or consumer goods industries.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience building and managing senior-level client relationships and serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Demonstrated expertise with syndicated data platforms such as Circana/IRI, Nielsen, or Numerator, as well as data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Drive client growth by expanding relationships with Circana’s data and software solutions.
• Deliver insight-led solutions translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain industry expertise to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Leverage Circana platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements.
• Achieve revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
• Champion client success by addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to refine offerings and contribute to product development.
• Conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses with a focus on consumer solutions.
