BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leadership teams. The role covers concept, venue, vendors, invitations, budgets and on-site hosting across US, Canada, and international destinations.

You will measure impact through meetings and pipeline, report ROI to marketing and sales leadership, and build a repeatable playbook for signature events. Remote role, US/Canada.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events for US B2B buyers.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end.
• Fill events with right executives via invitation strategy.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and cost per attendee.
• Measure results by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline; report ROI.
• Build the annual signature events calendar and a repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
