Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and execute invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own end-to-end concepts, venues, vendors, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site hosting, reporting ROI to marketing and sales leadership.

The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred) with regular travel. You will lead event programs aimed at US B2B buyers, Collaborate with CEO and account teams, and build a repeatable playbook that scales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end.
• Build invitation lists with senior leaders and manage RSVPs and attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, agencies, and vendors.
• Measure results by attendees, follow-up meetings and pipeline; report ROI to leadership.
• Create an annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
