Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and execute invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leadership teams. The role is remote with regular US/Canada travel and requires strong executive communication and event production skills.

You will manage end-to-end events, from concept to on-site hosting, and coordinate with commercial teams and budgets to drive pipeline and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in marketing, of which 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by the CEO or senior leaders.
• Build invitation strategies and guest lists for C-level and VP buyers.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, venues, and on-site hosting.
• Measure success by meetings and pipeline and report ROI to leadership.
• Create a repeatable playbook and annual calendar for events.
