Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concepts, venues, budgets, guest lists, and on-site hosting alongside our CEO and account teams.

This role is remote, based in the US or Canada with regular travel to the US and abroad; Pacific Coast preferred. You will measure ROI and align events with marketing and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing
• 4+ years in B2B event marketing
• Experience producing invitation‑only executive events
• Bachelor's degree required
• Based in the US or Canada; Pacific Coast preferred
• Advanced proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end (concept, venue, vendors, run‑of‑show, on‑site hosting).
• Build invite lists with senior leaders and ABM for target and existing accounts; manage invitations and confirmations; hit attendance targets.
• Manage events budget, contracts and vendors; negotiate terms and track cost per attendee.
• Measure ROI by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline; report results to marketing and sales leadership.
• Create annual calendar and repeatable playbook for formats, vendors and compliance.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad (including WEF/week contexts).
