Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 12+ years relevant work experience.
• Travel up to 25% of the time within US.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application or field engineering in power delivery products and systems.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Experience with proposal development, statement of work creation, job costing, and commercial operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Application Engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership and customer solution support across the ELSE portfolio.
• Drive proposal excellence and operational effectiveness through high-quality SOWs and JCEs.
