Delve Underground in Seattle, WA is seeking a Lead Business Development Manager (Seller-Doer Coaching Lead) to build and lead a team of coaches focused on client development and pursuit success.

In this player-coach role, you will model coaching excellence, co-lead training, and contribute to mega-pursuit strategy while reporting to Growth leadership; we offer a comprehensive benefits program and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in AEC business development, marketing, or pursuit strategy, with coaching or team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the AEC pursuit cycle, proposal development, and interview preparation.
• Proven track record in driving mega project pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Sets coaching standards, caseload sizing, and curriculum for the Seller-Doer coaching team.
• Co-lead Seller-Doer training programs with senior leadership.
• Drive pursuit strategy, interview prep, and results for mega pursuits.
• Manage coaching portfolio and report metrics to Growth leadership.
• Coordinate with Proposal team on timelines and materials.
