Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-suite HCM and payroll sales experience in Outside B2B sales.
• Experience selling to mid-market organizations (50-500 employees).
• Proven prospecting and quota attainment with a demonstrated sales track record.
• Positive, persistent, self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Established network within target markets and organizations.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and generate new B2B business through multiple channels.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing and contract negotiation.
• Hit annual new revenue targets via consultative selling to new clients.
• Track activities in CRM and analyze opportunities to improve forecasting.
• Collaborate with implementation and client service teams for onboarding.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines.
