Job summary

CBIZ in Denver seeks a seasoned HCM/payroll sales professional to drive new business and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing. You will leverage an established network to win net-new logos and expand relationships across service lines.

The role targets high activity, consultative selling, and collaboration with implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-suite HCM and payroll sales experience (Outside B2B sales).
• Proven track record of prospecting new logos, quota attainment, and sales success.
• Positive, persistent, and self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate new B2B business through cold calling, networking, field outreach, and digital engagement.
• Achieve annual new revenue targets through consultative sales to new clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, solution development, proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Track and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and prospect interactions within CRM systems.
• Document and analyze won and lost opportunities to improve sales strategy and forecasting.
• Identify and support cross-selling opportunities across additional service lines.
• Provide leadership with insights on market trends, competitive activity, and client needs.
