Job summary

CBIZ, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive to drive new revenue growth for our HR Solutions division across the U.S.

This role focuses on net-new client acquisition, expanding footprint in HCM and payroll services, and positioning CBIZ as a consultative partner for modern HR solutions. You will lead the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation, conduct needs analyses, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales in HCM, payroll, HR consulting, PEO, or related SaaS HR tech.
• Proven ability to open doors, win net-new logos, and hit revenue targets.
• Experience selling to small- to mid-market firms (50-500 employees) preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, events and digital outreach.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to tailor HR/payroll solutions.
• Maintain CRM with forecast and pipeline visibility.
